I bought a 2000 TT 1.8 T for my son, I am a mechanic, rarely work on Audi's. This car is pushing coolant after shut down, did some checking and it is supposed to have an after run coolant pump , which it either did not come with or someone did a damn good job of deleting it , because i can not see where it connects to the cooling system and the manuals don't show the connect points. I'm assuming it connects around the thermostat or it wouldn't circulate, however there are no apparent blocked off connect points, has anyone done this repair who can tell me where to connect?

The 2000 and 2001 180 did not have a after run pump. I had a 2001 180. My 2004 180 did. Don't remember what year they added it.
