Hazard lights go off randomly!!!

Hazard lights go off randomly!!!
I have a 2001 Audi TT. I've been having an issue with my hazard lights going off randomly when the car is turned off. Shortly after the hazard light problem started I lost my turn signals. I replaced the turn signal column and replaced the hazard switch. That fixed the issue for a couple months and then the hazards started coming on randomly again. This time I lost my headlights and my rear license plate light was stuck on. I took my car to an Audi dealership and had it diagnosed. I replaced the headlight switch and now the hazards are coming again. When I take off in first gear or slow down to come to a stop the engine stalls and the brake pedal locks up, and the steering wheel locks up. It's becoming dangerous and I can't figure out what's going on with it. Please help!!!
