Just bought one, a couple of questions
Just bought an '04 225 Roadster. Beautiful car in my opinion. It has 102K miles so I have a couple of questions:
- Any way to tell if the timing belt has been replaced?
- Should I switch to high mileage oil?
- The antenna was broken/non-existent. I fashioned a temporary one out of a strut boot and a stubby antenna, but would like a real base and antenna. Not going for OEM, too expensive, anyone else have a base/antenna combo that looks good?
It's great to be back in the VAG family. I've owned/serviced 4 VW's so getting my hands dirty isn't a problem.
