My son started his TT up this morning and it sounded different then ever before. I tore down the parts needed to do some discorvery. I see where the Torx bolt connecting the mainfold to the blower was missing. I was also surprised to see the inner workings of the turbo instead of a dark threaded hole with a bottom. So that has to be where the noise (infamous tractor noise) was coming from. I really dont want to loosen any other bolts to do a shopping compairson after hearing how often they break. Can anyone give me the specs to the torx bolt so I can look to order or buy one.

I located another torx bolt (16mm If memory serves) from a wrecked TT and yes it was the source of the noise. I guess it wasnt tightened and backed out.
