Default Nav

Very Interesting ... I am new to this forum but have had my TT since Jan 2013 - It's a 2002 TT 225 Quattro ALMS edition with Red Interior.... and it too has the full Navigation system complete with all CD's AND IT WORKS.. only problem with it is that is doesn't hold locations in memory only becuase i need to change the small battery for the memory. I wonder how many of these cars are still out there with the Nav.

01 225quattro conv with nav, baseball leather, etc... still works but need to replace it as the screen in the center of the dash is no so hot. Funny I was searching here to see what options are out there for full screen nag radio replacements.

Default 2001 Nav

Hi
I have a 2001 tt that was purchased new from MAG in Columbus Ohio with the Nav system in it. It definitely was an option that year. Mine quit working recently due to a stuck button on the center console. I will fix it.

I also have this option, though I thought it was run through the stereo that was replaced. Now that I know it's in the center console (which I just had refurbished), I need to know how to enable it in general! What I'm looking for is the **** that's in the little cluster by the door lock and top drop buttons. Anyone have any idea what that part number is? I'm also looking for the two screw access covers on the passenger side of the center console (one can be seen next to the door lock button)

Looking for the navigation **** and the screw cover next to the door lock button.
. Also hard to get part numbers for.

I have recently replaced my Rand McNally withe the Garmin 760LMT. Like most GPSs, it isn't all perfect. In about 12000 miles it's only been wrong on 3 occasions. Fortunately, none of those were serious. Here you can find more info on GPS systems.

Did you have any luck finding this part?
I am looking for the same thing.

Thanks,
