fire dept was there in 5-7 min, and it was fully engaged at that time.

Default Unless you added a new unfused power wire from the battery, it should have no relationship to the

problem. If you are using existing power from the switch, then there should be electrical protection (fuse) from the factory. If not, then that's a different story which means mod or nomod (i.e. A6 case), a problem can happen, and that's an Audi engineering fault.

But we should keep this kind of discussion under wraps. Hence, it's probably best to delete this post of concern, starting from TTeleven's post.

Default I find it rather funny that people are willing to help Jeff hide the fact that the problem might

have arisen from a modification he made, from an insurance company or whomever may be reading this.. but when other people such as the kid who thought he shifted into the wrong gear speak of trying to get money from the dealer, everyone gets up in arms.
