Replaced the Borla with the Blueflame tonight . . .
Loved the Borla for the past year, now ready for a little less rumble. Got the great deal through Nigel's eBay store like others here. Only time for a quick drive through the neighborhood, I already knew the Blueflame has the sound I was looking for so I'm sure I'll be satisfied. A few pics here and more at the link below.

Heat shield trimmed, center pipe installed

Completed install. Tips are pretty well aligned, may adjust more later.

Absolutely gorgeous, great work on that! and.....
man, how can i learn this stuff? did you read a guidebook? or do you recommend any guidebooks? visiting the forums constantly is still not enough to teach me how to do these sorts of mods myself.... any thoughts MarTT?

Hmm, well I've been working on cars since forever, just don't
be afraid to dive right in! It really helps to have accumulated some good tools and have confidence in yourself. These days it's easy to do research as well as use the Bentley manual. There are many useful how-to's as I'm sure you have found. Also if you are just getting started it would be good to learn from a friend or help out somehow. Or, learn on a beater car to get some skills (much less expensive to fix screw-ups!). Good luck.
