Default I don't usually drink on weekdays. However...
In honor of TTE, I am having a couple of rum and Cokes just to "prime the pump" in anticipation of much more to come.

It should be a great time, but I'm going to have to be at the Chattanooga airport at 2:00 am (San Diego time) on Sunday and that ain't gonna rock.

Should be worth it though.

2-4oz light rum, wedge of lime, 3-4 spoons of sugar- mush/mix well , lots of ice, rest with clubsoda
