2009 Audi TT heated seats retrofit
Thinking of buying an 09 3.2 6-spd manual and really want heated seats and this one does not have them. Does any one know if it would be an "easy" task to add in factory heated seats? There are a couple of places by me that will add in aftermarket for a reasonable cost, just wondering if I could keep it factory. TIA

I ran into the same dilemma while looking at TT's. Going the factory route is rather expensive and time intensive. From what I can remember I believe that you need to add a new climate control module, replace a wiring harness, add the heating elements to the seats, and then have the car recoded for the new electronics.
Also, lots of stuff would need to be taken apart (and put back together) for this to work. In the end I just found another car.
Non-factory is also an option, but I didn't look into that route too seriously.
