Default Are all MK2 Roadsters the same ?

Hi
I am looking at getting a MK2 TT Convertible and unsure of the different models/engine sizes. Could someone either point me to a site or explain.

I also recently sat in an early MK2 and a 2011 one. I noticed the dash display was much brighter in the 2011 version. Was their updates ?

Thanks CARLO

Fourtitude.com - MK2 TT a5 FAQ

If you want a manual tranny, you are limited to the 2008 and 2009 base TT with a 3.2L engine.
There was a significant engine upgrade, fascia changes, and a lot of options made standard equipment starting with the 2011MY base TT.
I am not aware of any change to the dash display brightness on different MY. The brightness is manually adjustable.

If you are not in the US, much of the FAQ data does not apply to you.

Hi Carlo,

FIS used red LEDs on older models, white on new ones.
They changed how DSG is shown on FIS
Gear selector changed from push at 9 o'clock to 12 o'clock
Newer dsg **** match design of vent

Hope that helps.
