Default TT Noise from left seat belt area (noise file attached)

Hello,
I'm TT 2013 owner

video recorded file attached.
Sounds like Popcorn popping, fast clicking, or rain-dropping noise when driving.
Noise from left seat belt or left door side rear area...i guess..
local mechanic wasn't able to define what it is

Anyone can define what this noise is and how to remove..?
this drives me crazy..

thank you

I wasn't able to listen to the file, but I've been having lots of noise come from where the seat belt hits the seat. It's chafed an area on the seat. But it super annoying sound. I'm confidant that that is the source of the noise because when I hold the seat belt up and off of the seat while driving, it stops. The dealer said there wasn't anything that could be done. I bought one of those padded seat belt covers and that solved the problem. But not an idea solution as I'd have to push the pad up and back each time I got in my car. So then I tried gluing a piece of the pad to the leather strap that holds the seat belt. This worked for a while but then the glue failed (maybe due to cold Montana winter temps). My next step will be try to put some strips of the pad piece of some velcro on the seat where the contact with the seatbelt occurs.
Good luck.

Not sure if you have it or not on a 2013, but when I don't have a passenger, I slide the buckle up the belt into a horizontal slot at the top of the door frame. I'll take a photo of it today and post it later. I do that because sometimes it rattles depending on where the buckle is hanging.

Here's that pic I said I shoot.
