TT RS Grille & Foglight Surrounds
Well, one week after putting the RS grille in, I pained the foglight surrounds and added some RS mesh, thanks to Z Max Autosport for the mesh. I used Dupicolor's gloss black vinyl paint on the pieces and am really pleased with the results.
Here are the pic's.

Thanks for the kind words. We did take a few pics of the tear down. They 're on a friends camera, I'll see if he'll post them up.
As far as how it comes off, it's pretty easy. You have the 4 bolts that hold the top of the grille, 6 on the tray underneath, 3 in the front fenderwell (each side) that will allow access to two nuts (each side). A light tug on each bottom corner and it'll be in your hands. Make sure to disconnect the fogs and, if you want to pull the bumper farther than a few feet, crimp and pull the hose that supplies the headlight washers.
Since I had pulled it the week before, this time took about 5 minutes to pull and 10 to put back on. One person can do it but, like sexy time, two is better.

John

Anytime John! Sorry it took so long to get that grille in your hands, definitely a tough piece to get quickly at the moment. The car looks great and the matched side grilles really do help complete the look. Would you mind if I added photos of the car to the website?
If you need anything else just let me know. Got some great deals on TTRS brakes, steering wheels and other goodies for your TT! Some TTS headlights, all clear, LED DRL's, that would set off the front end!
Thanks again,
