You local Audi dealer, one of several online retailers that carry Audi OEM parts (usually @ a discount) or an Audi salvage yard (if such a thing exists). I'd give your dealer a call first, give them those part numbers and get pricing. I have no idea how expensive they are, but knowing Audi........

I had no idea there was an AUX jack back there (in my new TTRS) - thanks! I probably would have gone years without ever seeing that due to it's location.

They kind of hide it there. I think I had my first MKII for several months before I stumbled across it. Not like those back seats are anywhere a normal size human is going to be....That is the output I used for my iPod until I got the CD replacement interface.

It's the baseplate to a phone prep package during or before the transition to bluetooth. There were separate plates that could be bought to fit popular cellphones of the day that would allow them to charge and, if they allowed mic and speaker access through their (almost always proprietary) connector, then that would be piped out into the cabin.

I had one in my 07 S4, and never had a phone popular enough for its own plate. (Interestingly, the car DID have Bluetooth)

I also had that cradle in my 08 roadster. I found the correct replacement bezel and pad are different for the roadster. Its:8J0-863-274-D-6PS

Cover

8J7-863-416-4PK

Trim Bezel
The extra step in the roadster is to pull off the back cover just above it. I couldn't find anything on removal, just gave it a good tug and it came off, no problems.
