Default '17 TTS Muffler delete

Hey guys, I posted a thread like 2 months ago about different exhausts. After searching for a while about different exhausts a few places said to just delete the muffler and keep the resonator.

From the videos I watched they sound pretty fantastic for the price. Any thoughts? Would it sound earshattering at wide throttle?

I have the ECS tuning muffler delete, paired with a 034 intake and resonator deletes. it sounds pretty good imo. biggest difference is gutting the resonators for the sound. intake and muffler delete alone is insufficient imo.

Hey, I just wanted to clarify. I'm not talking about turbo muffler delete, I mean the exhaust muffler. I couldn't find anything about them offering a muffler delete.

AHhhh ok my mistake. I removed the resonators and kept the mufflers though! I think the biggest restriction is in the cat. Removing the rear muffflers is a bit involved and u will need new tips

Is it safe to run a car without a muffler? From the few videos available on mark 2 TT / TTS it doesn't sound like it's terrifyingly loud. Maybe because of the turbo? But I read in 2 or 3 places that it'll burn valves because of the lack of back pressure. Anyone have a guess?

I am running the stock exhaust with downpipe and HFC from AWE its sounds fantastic. Quite-ish, and loud when you get on it.
