Default Adding the Audi to an AT&T Mobile Share plan

Has anyone successfully added their Audi to their AT&T Mobile Share plan? As far as I know, this should be possible - the connectivity is provided by AT&T, and I have more data than I know what to do with. I'd rather not set up a separate plan just to cover my car.

My current Audi Connect is good into 2018 but I already looked and it appears the transfer to my AT&T mobile share plan thereafter will be seamless.

Switched the TTS to my existing AT&T family share account earlier this year for $10/month. The process was so simple that I don't remember the details.

Can't remember the details, but did it a couple of years ago with my A3. As an AT&T customer it was pretty simple.

I was told by AT&T that I would have to pay 40/mn to add to my unlimited data plan. The 1GB is $10/mn and every additional GB is $15 extra.. 1GB is fine for emails, web browser but if you're watching movies etc your data usage will go up dramatically e.g., 20-30GB

Yep, my RS5 is on it. You just have to call the Audi connect support number and they handle everything for you. There was something abnormal with my account, which their system couldn't handle, so they had to conference AT&T in to sort it out. The whole call took maybe 15 minutes.
