Default Black Optics Package w/o Wheels

Anyone know if it's possible to get the black optics components aftermarket? I like the black grill especially but I don't want the bigger wheels.

Here's my suggestion: Get the black optics package including the wheels. As for the wheels, you can (1) sell them and buy the wheels you want. Or, (2) post an ad in this forum and swap wheels with another member in your local area.

I'm with you grey67,

Now I've got the 20"... I want 19's... and I am trying to decide whether to pay the money for OEM's or go replicas.

The 19" 5-spoke rotor (from the Mk2 TTRS) is what I really want... I would put DWS on them for winter 50% of the year, and use the 20" and summers for the summer 50%. (Since I have the Q7 and A4 for winter, I don't plan to do real snow in the TTS.)

I need to figure out if they will fit.

A classic! 45 mm offset is pretty good

Those are great looking, and 45 offsite is closer to OEM than these (below) new options from Tirerack. These are Low Pressure Cast... Are those Replika's available in the US?

For these replicka's... Anyone know which Hub Bore would be used for a TTS? 57.1 or 66.4?

...and, here are the 5-spoke rotor OEM wheels I am really looking for. It doesn't look like they are available from Audi Parts type retailers....

So... it is likely that we'll just have to stay tuned on eBay.

As for OEM... At ECS they have the rotors, 19"x9" ET52... But they say "Does NOT Fit" for the MkIII TTS.

Likely "does not fit" as the spokes won't clear the large TTS front brake calipers without spacers.

btw: my [A5/allroad hand me down] Winter wheels are 18" Rial DH with only 34mm positive offset and they fit fine. Actually look nice as more flush with the outside of the fenders. But I too would recommend closer to OEM offset. I also had to add hubcentric rings from ECS Tuning just for vibration peace of mind given the TT's smaller hub diameter. My Rial's have considerably more spoke clearance than my OEM 19" blade style. So offset and spoke design are both considerations.

You can also consider buying the OEM black grill solo, swap grills and then resell your stock grill.

May be easier than dealing with maneuvering an extra set of wheels. Do you have a preference on the aluminum capped side view mirrors ?
