Correct engine specs or typos?
AudiMedia released an article today on the new 2016 TT and TTs being shown at the upcoming LA Auto show. They reported engine specs that are not in agreement with earlier press releases, and other published data. For example, they say that the base TT engine is 220 HP, and the TTs is 292 HP. Earlier published reports say 230 HP and 310 HP. The higher specs are quoted also in the TT R&T test drive report in the December 2014 issue. Also there is a discrepancy whether Audi Drive Select is included or optional on the TT. AudiMedia says included on all TT and TTs models, C&D says optional on TT. So is this sloppy reporting with typos, or a different configuration for US models next year from what has otherwise been reported?

The 292HP for the TTS IS a new number and some are saying this is due to de-tuning to meet US mileage and/or emissions specs. Europe is getting the 310 version.
