My wife just got a TT convertible. She has an iPod that she uses exclusively for her car. Her last car, a Miata, had the connector for the iPod in the glove box so she could just lock it and not worry about leaving the top down. The little cubby where the USB ports are on the TT does not appear to have a lock. Are we missing something? Is there a way to lock it that we're not seeing? Or is there a USB port somewhere else in a lockable compartment?

The glove box is lockable, but not the phone box. Of course, there's no USB port in the glovebox. There are SD card slots in the glovebox, but I haven't tried to play media from them. You can also copy media files to the Jukebox area on the hard drive, if you want.

The phone storage compartment (not phone box as US models are not equipped with that option) does not lock. It is meant for your phone and not just an iPod, so the idea is that you would take your phone with you when you leave the car.
