Default Exhaust

I would like a little more sound from my 2017 Audi TT. With my Mazda mx5 this was easy with a muffler from Goodwin racing for about $550.- anything like this for the TT?

Thanks in advance,
Steve

i think miltek is the only exhaust option out right now. or you can do a custom exhaust, remove mufflers and resonators. i have my resonators cut on my tts and it sounds much better than stock

Goodwin Racing is a great outfit and I've often availed myself of their advice and products (Miata & RX8). The TT is a far smaller niche however.

Milltek and Scorpion have SS/mandrel bent exhausts for the TTS (note ECU controlled valves in secondary).
I don't see one for the MkIII TT though. Milltek offers a non-resonated catback so as Bknewtype has done custom removal of same is an option.

Magnaflow now has one for the TT: https://www.ecstuning.com/b-magnaflo...ing/19356~mag/

034 Motorsport may have one in development ...

Thanks for the info. Re: mlltek and magnaflow exhausts. The magnaflow looks like it will work with the new TT. Is there anybody here who has one on the new TT? How hard are they to install - the MX-5 was pretty simple to install. Thanks for the input

Magnaflow is an excellent Made in the US company (Oceanside, CA; Chip Foose endorsed). Note that all current exhausts require you to reuse the OEM secondary flow motors on new integral valves.

The MX-5 was/is indeed easy to install most anything. I haven't done this on the TT but it should be fairly straitforward. A lift would certainly facilitate, as always. Also a hanger removal tool, as they are quite stiff.

If a lift is unavailable front roll-on ramps and rear jack stands should be barely adequate. I presume initial rear jacking on the differential fins is permissible (others please verify).
