Default My Mk 3 came with Bridgeatone

My S-Line option (Canada) came with 19 inch summer performance tires, Bridgestone Potenza S001. Not runflat because a spare tire is in the trunk.

Tire Rack categorizes them as Max Performance Summer. Australian reviewer wore them out in 30,000 km (18,600 mi)

In the US I can verify if you get the 19" RIMs you get the Hankook S1 Evo.

Its a nice tire although very soft.

Nope, I have seen some with Bridgestones as well. Both tires are going to be Audi-spec, so it is irrelevant which one comes on the car.
