This is for full load. Check the manual for normal load pressures. I think it is more like 32/29.

I always go by the placard. Just ol' school of me, and I'm from a fairly old school.

But concur as similarly my allroad did have a normal (32 all 'round) and loaded (32 front/35 rear). Although its placard listed 32/35.

I hear ya, but now that the placard is full load, you'll be better to use the values listed in the owners manual. Will be a smoother ride, as rear tire pressure has a direct influence on ride quality. Plus it is what's correct for ideal tire wear.

True, but again the front wheels are what call for the higher pressure in the TT's case (38/32).

I tried it "loaded" yesterday, passenger and solo, and it was fine both interstate and secondary.

Preaching to the choir - quite correct however that there is an optimal pressure for ideal tire wear as well as performance, which relatively differs over the course of the season (e.g. same 32 psi instrumented setting but actually higher density air in northern Winter). So check those tires often.

Apparently so. I did a triple-take on it. 38/32 sure seems unusual.

Then why are the standard load pressures the same for the TT and TTS? I'm still trying to figure out why adding mass aft of the CG requires higher PSI in the front. Are we looking at a typo in the book and the placard?

Anyone have access to a European owner's manual to see what it says?

155 mph top speed for TTS vs 130 mph top speed for TT
