I am having a problem with the phone connection on my wife's TT. It is a 16 with the tech pkg and she has an iPhone 6 plus. I can connect the phone and everything works as it should, but, the very next day, it loses connection and needs to be reconnected again. This is a daily event. I have to go into the cars system and check off her phone daily. What step am I missing ?Its almost like either the car or the phone is not saving the connection.

If you're trying to isolate the issue, it'll be easier to try a different phone (preferably another iPhone 6 Plus), but if you can test the reliability pairing of her phone to a different car, that would probably help you track it down.

Have you tried a factory reset of the phone yet?
