Default Side bolster ghosts?

Anyone else finding that the side bolsters and/or lumbar supports have a mind of their own? I'm finding that they sometimes inflate or adjust randomly like when I get above a certain speed. I read that the side bolsters will adjust only once you "start driving", but this is more random.

Several people (including me) have noticed this. Seems to happen every couple of hours, so it might well be on purpose.

It's a design feature to help alleviate continuous pressure in one place on long trips.

My salesman (a retired longtime educator) was very insightful of automated features. No, not in owner's manual.

There are a few things not, such as the optional way to service-raise the wipers [After turning off the ignition, but before opening the door, tap down on the windshield wiper stalk and the wipers will go into the service position.].

Actually, that's described on page 45 of the manual, although it doesn't mention not opening the door (just the hood) - but that's quickly learned from experience.

Technical writers shouldn't assume users will learn by experience, but they often do.

Hello, I now have about 2,100 miles on my TTS and also have this issue. I have not noticed the side supports automatically adjusting, my lower lumber support inflates every 20-30 mins. Called my dealer and the service manager said the seats should not auto adjust. Anyone been in for service for this?
