I just had my TT in for the transmission software update and asked about the sidelight recall. Although the recall is listed on the Canadian Transport web site, my VIN was not on the Audi list, even though sidelights extinguish when I lock the car.

On another note, I just noticed the seat gap on my car after reading this thread.

How many kms on the clock? This one seems to be happening fairly early for most of us.

i just passed 20,000 km and 16 months, but I have no idea when the problem appeared since I did not notice until I read this thread.

Seat gap? I went back through the thread and didn't see any mention of it, and I searched the forum thread as well. What's the issue with the seat gap? Thx.

Didn't notice? I've treated my leather seats so many times with Zaino leather-in-a-bottle that I couldn't help but notice. However, over a year now and no issues for me.

I am in for my 5k service and when inquiring about trans update was told nothing was shown for my Vin for a trans software update.

On your receipt was there a code / tsb listed ?

My car was a Dec 15 build, so maybe already was the latest version.
