Now Ford announces their Focus RS in the US will have 350+HP, AWD and a manual, which is pretty much what I was looking for in a car. Add to that it will be over 20k cheaper (understandably).
Being dragged along this far, still no call from corporate, no promising news from the dealership, and general lack of info makes the eyes wander...

You spend most of your time inside your Audi and that's where it really shines. The quality of materials and fit & finish are supreme! Ford, et al, are very distant in that regard.

since visuar's car is being built for US I think there is a good chance that ALL of our TTs may be made that week..... giving a delivery late august/september!!!!

I got this update from corporate, still waiting for my dealer to provide an update. I believe the European Delivery doesn't come out of their allocation, so that might be helping my case as well potentiallyGood luck!

Well, gotta jump in behind Visuar, update from my dealer has car arriving third week of August. They were solid on their data, but couldn't share any insight into overall status of how the cars were being allocated when I shared some of the conversations we've had on both this thread and others. The wait continues...but it's closer!
