'00 A6 4.2 codes P1137 & P1139?????

'00 A6 4.2 codes P1137 & P1139?????
My CEL came on and I'm told that a code check came up with P1137 & P1139. Can anybody point me in the right direction? Is replacing the MAF a good place to start?

i have the same problems too i was at work and after work i went out and pulled up the vagcom n was reading the meas blocks to see my fuel trims the stft was ok within range so i took some carb cleaner and sprayed the intake boot wher it meets the throttle body and the trims went all goofy try doing that see if it helps that was my diagnosis
