when I start my ar all my lights in my cluster come on I want just the needles not the background intill I put on my lights

I want to 17 Inst. then to 10 Adap.
channel 19 and its already 10010

0 is none
1 is needles
2 is background
3 is both

ps. I have a canadian car so I have DRL
when I start my car the light on symbol comes on, corner lights, fog lights, and tail lights

Assuming 4B, The daytime running lights over rule the lighting coding of the instruments. As far as the IC is concerned, the headlights are ON, whenever the ignition is ON, when the IC is coded for daytime running lights active.

or do you know what audi did different to the CND models?

changes that result in addition. For example, when coded US, the DRL is OFF, the odo is miles, and the clock is 12 hr format. One of the Northern Europe codings may retain km and 24 hr clock, without DRL.
Will RCMP or local police notice no DRL?
