Default ok, this is an issue you didn't explain in the first post...

have you done any misfire checks, boost logging or vacuum leak checking?

Is the state of tune good? Meaning filters, plugs, and so on?

The only thing done is a chip. Everything started to happen instantly after I removed the battery.

Default pretty easy.....

access engine controls. Read and clear codes. Go into basic settings, display group 060 or 098.....can't remember which one....although it may be both. Allow the throttle to relearn, and when it's done, the 4th field should say "ADP OK" afterwards.
