Default 2002MY Audi A3 1.8T - Terminal 30 problem

Hello guys. I'm new here, but I'm having a big problem with my 2002 audi a3 1.8t (agu engine).

when I'm driving, and as I stop the car (red light), the engine keeps accelerate up to almost 1500RPM, and after some seconds, it goes down to 880RPM. Sometimes it takes longer, sometimes not.

I tried to recalibrate the throtle body, idling, everything.

The only error I've got is: Terminal 30 - low voltage.
The first thing I did was take the groun (-) that goes from battery to body and clean it, but nothing happened, all problems remains.

Also, my car is not working ABS, light always on, since I bought it (about 8 months ago).

Please, anyone knows what it might be?

Thanks a lot!
Regards.
Renato.
