A4 B6 Main Electical Systems not working

A4 B6 Main Electical Systems not working

Hi All, I have an A4 B6. The following electrical systems initially worked intermittently and now have stopped working altogether.

High Beams
Horn
Windows
Side Mirrors
Turn Signal Indicators
Wiper Motor (windscreen wiper)
Auto Radio off
No communication with power module
No communication with steering wheel module
No communication with convenience control module
Reverse Lights
Door auto lock during pull off
Fog Lights

The following still works

Engine control
Central locking
Interior Lights
Radio
Brake lights
Low main head lights
Hazard Lights

I am unable to communicate with the following primary modules via VAGCOM

09 Central Elec
19 CAN Gateway
46 Central Con

I am able to communicate with the following modules

01 Engine (All works fine)
17 Instruments (All works fine)

I have measured out the wiring as best I can and checked the fuses and relays in the driver side compartment (Including CAN BUS wire from Plug 32 to power module).

The Power module has been checked on another vehicle and found to be working.

Is anyone able to assist or point me in the correct direction to resolve this problem. Thanking you in advance.
