Note I have check both rear turning bulbs and they are OK, I cannot find any fuses to test?
Otherwise any ideas what else to do, other than changing the control unit?

Problem Solved, for all user of VCDS software always make note of the code before you change it. Other you can get into serious trouble, like I did, fortunately after search the WWW to solution and reading 1000 of messages, I found out that VCDS keep a coding log of what you have done, once you have found it put the old code back, otherwise its a trip to the Audi servicing agent and coming out £1500 lighter after they have changed you central controller and up loaded new software. A very salutary lesson has been learnt!
