I have a 2013 S4 with advanced key and would love to disable the "Turn off ignition before leaving car" message in the cluster and warning chime that I get when opening the driver's door with the car running. I've tried these two changes and they don't affect it.

Diable Key warning
[17 - Instruments] [Coding - 07] -> Long Coding Helper -> Byte 1
Bit 7 – Key Warning active - set to 0 (Uncheck)

Disable Key warning (keyless models)
[46 – Central Conv.] [Coding - 07] -> Long Coding Helper -> Byte 9
Bit 7 set to 0 (Uncheck)

Anyone know how to disable it?

Those don't work. The warning does go off after one minute. Any way to set it with green menu?

To silence the warning, all you have to do is press the left Menu key on the left side of the steering wheel. I have also unsucessfully looked for a more permanent VagCom solution. At least the silence mode is a band aid until we figure it out. I have a 2013 A6 Prem + and it works well.
