Anyone else have to reinstall the USB driver everytime they use their VAG-COM?

I had no problems when I had a serial port VAG but with the USB one, i have to reinstall the USB driver everytime. Dell Latitude D600.

Using an active USB extension of some sort?

That's not normal, it could be something screwy with the USB portion of your Windows installation.
