Anyone know if its possible to use VAG-Com or VWtool to check mileage??

I am buying a used audi that has a aftermarket gauge cluster that does not have odometer reading, and wanted to know if its possible to use either of those tools to check the mileage..

I believe it's in one of the measuring blocks in the Instruments controller
