Default BT issue

I retro-fitted an RNS-E and BT module into my B7 from a Concert II. The RNS-E works fine but the BT has yet to work. The harness's are spliced together properly and this is what the VAG scan came up with:

Any ideas?

Default

Check your wiring, hardly doubt that this is properly done based on these codes.

Default the nav harness and bluetooth harness were spliced by the guy who installs them.

He thinks it's in the car's CAN wiring, but the nav works fine.
