Cleared some codes and CEL...but this code would not clear:
Engine - 01:
#17967 - Throttle Body - Fault in Basic Settings - (J338) - P1559-35-00
What does this mean? Do I need to do anything about this?
A second one did clear:

#17973 - Throttle Actuator - Lower Stop not Reached - (J338) - P1565-35-00

Might take more than a TBA.
TB is likely gunked up. Remove TB from car, clean the inside thoroughly with an appropriate solvent cleaner. Then reinstall and do a TBA.

TRY ADDRESS 01(ENGINE) THEN 04(BASIC SETTING) THEN O6O TO RUN THE THROTTLE BODY ADAPTATION. IF THAT PRODUCES ERRORS THEN TRY IT WITH A WARM ENGINE, IF STILL THERE TRY REMOVING AND CLEANING THE THROTTLE BODY AND IF IT STILL WILL NOT ADAPT THEN REPLACE THE THROTTLE BODY AND THAT SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THE ISSUE FOR YOU. IT'S NOT UNCOMMON TO SEE THROTTLE BODY FAILURE WITH THIS VEHICLE.
