Default Disable Nav display?

Can I program the instrument cluster to NOT show the nav display?

Default Try subtracting 16000 from your Instrument Cluster's Coding.

I think the 5-digt coding is done like this:

AABCD

AA = Optional Equipment
01 = Tank Size
02 = Seat Belt Warning
16 = Navigation System
(add up the numbers for the option)

B = Country

C = Cylinder count

D = Engine type

If this doesn't make sense, post the 5-digit software code currently in your instrument cluster.

Default Instrument changed from 18283 to 02283

Here's what I know now about the 00 A8...

The dealer changed the instrument cluster coding from 18283 to 02283 to fix a problem with the radio display. The radio displays, but the NAV does not. What should the proper coding be to have both the radio and nav display?
