Does HEX-USB+CAN Interface work with EOBD cars?

Moving to EU and need to know if my HEX-USB+CAN Interface will work with European VAG cars.

It works fine with my UK spec B7 RS4 Avant - and the 30+ other VAG cars I've used it on...
