Got 2 codes, 00514 and 00516?

Got 2 codes, 00514 and 00516?
Hi...
Where do I start, for last few days car want start or even if it start it does not run good. RPM jumps to 3000rpm.
finaly connected vag-com and got 00514 and 00516.
00514 is ( Camshaft Position Sensor)CMP and 00516 is Closed Throttle Postion.
I can handle Closed Throttle Postion. thanks to http://www.sjmautotechnik.com/trouble_shooting/10vthrot.html
but how do I solve CMP? Car is Audi B4 2.0 16V ACE 1994
