You can't check fuel pressure with software on a 1.8T
There's no fuel pressure sensor. You have to put an actual gauge on the fuel rail.
Fuel trims are in Group 032, please see the link below.

Those numbers are pretty typical of a bad MAF.
Please test your MAF under full load as described in the fuel trim article.
