Default VCDS... which set-up? 09 Q7 and 13 Q5

I hope someone can help me out and clarify which route I should probably take in getting my cars connected. I see Ross-Tech has an enthusiasts route for 3 VINS at $199 and I'm curious if that is all I will need or if there is something that I'm missing out on for another $500. Is it that the higher priced options is unlimited for VINS?

Thank you for your help!

That is all you need! That will give full access to all control modules in both cars.

The higher priced unit is a wireless unit.

The professional unit is the most expensive and is unlimited in the # of VINs.
