Default HELP Need manual engine readiness. had steps on how to reset and lost

them with new computer. Does anyone have article showing each measuring block that needs to be set and steps in doing so. I remember it having steps that required:
1. car on but not running
2. car idle
3 car at RPM's 1500-2200

each block was monitored through Vag
Driving around was NOT REQUIRED

Please help me find this link!!
