I have made several VCDS mods but this one is stubborn. I enabled window opening via remote fob about a year ago but now it isn't working. It still shows up as a menu option on MMI and it is checked to enable opening but nothing happens when I press the remote. I would appreciate any ideas.

Hi, I have same problem with my a3 8p , my windows wont work with the key in the door either. I have even changed the comfort unit (address 46) but this has not solved the fault. DID you sort yours out ?
would appreciate any info.

P.S. windows work fine with switches normal and auto.

Im still tring to fix mine, doing my head in , your better off forgetting about it. I get reminded every time i leave a window open and need to go back and put key in ect. ect.
