Instrument cluster swapping on 2-12 Q5

Instrument cluster swapping on 2-12 Q5
Hello everyone
I believe this topic has been discussed here many times but I believe I have something new to ask about. I'm following the official guide from Ross-tech on this topic:

What I don't understand is that I can't read the VIN and immobilizer ID neither from Engine 1 or Instruments 17 modules. The Extra field comes blank and moreover "Login 11" button becomes grey/not-active and actually it quickly turns from "Login 11" to "Coding 11".
Am I doing something wrong ?
Moreover, where can I find PINs for the Instrument cluster. There's are two 4 digit blocks on the sticker in the back. I attached the picture. Would appreciate if someone will tell me which one is PIN ?
