I too have an SQ5 with MMI but no B&O and can't import a store bought CD or a Home Made CD. The CD selection is grayed out when an audio CD is in the slot.

The partition could be corrupt - trying doing a reset of the Jukebox through the Car menu.

I tried that after talking to the Audi Technologist. It didn't help. I have a Wednesday appointment at service.

Sory for waking this old thread, but i have one interesting problem with audi mmi Jukebox copying option, so basicly, i reset media files from mmi reset menu, i go then and copy music from my sdcard to jukebox completly normal, but then starts my problem, after it copies the music, i cant copy andything more from any other source or from sd card, as the jukebox copy option becomes grayed out??? Only if i reset mmi from mmi setup menu, and it looses all media files, i can usse it again only once to copy files?? what im missing here?
