just got my new vag cable. I'm trying to recode my trans module 05 S4 to hold gears any help
The only coding I can get to work is the stock coding xxxxx2 xxxxx1 is obviously 6 speed because after I change it you can see a back lit PRNDS..Is this just a trial and error thing. The bata version I have has coding suggestions but it said nothing for the trans.
I would like to turn off the auto shift feature similar to the old 000032 coding on the A6 4.2 that will let you hold the gear all the way to red line

no is was just 0000002.....some say that with the mechtronic they used to be able to
have the car shift at 7k. after taking it to the dealer this no longer happened. I am open to any idea to get this thing to hold the gears longer
