Line in volume from CDC plug: Canthis be done by VAG?
Here is the problem- the output on my sat radio (Sirius via RCAs) is plugged to an adapter converting RCA to 13-pin audi cd changer cable. Through this connection, the signal received by the HU is EXTREMELY HOT. At least3X the volume of any other source. I used self-attenuating cables (basically crunching the amplitude of the waves to "quiet" the signal) betwen the sat out and the converter in. Now it is too quite. I have looked into adjustable in-line RCA attenuators (hard to find what I need) and now you guys... Can I use a VAG-COM to lower the sensitivity of the CDC input on the Bose HU and eliminate the self attenuating cables that over-quiet my sat signal. TIA
