Need A3 VAG-com codes for turning on some center information display features
Hi!
I have a US '06 A3 Sport with DSG. Currently, the information center display of the instrument console just shows outside temperature and gears. A previous thread explained how to turn on in the display the following: distance to empty, trip computer, radio info., speed warning, empty windshield washer reservoir. Moving forward to performing this fix, I will appreciate if someone has performed it and has the list of all the VAG-codes needed to input/ change.

VAG-COM > Select > 17 - Instruments > Coding - 07
VAG-COM will then pop up a coding help, which tell's you what to change. Get rid of the "Highline without DIS" option, this means substract "02" from the digits marked by the question question marks (00??xxx).
Of course, you need the board computer stalk too.
