Default new to vag

I have a 2005 A4 2.0 61K miles. I had a check engine light so scanned it using an obd2 and was getting p0171 and p0507. Disconnected battery, cleaned MAF Sensor, searched for vaccum leaks and did not find any visual evidence. The p0507 went away but p0171 remained. I bought a VAG and did an auto scan with it, here is what I got. Ive been told it may be the MAF but want to be sure. Any ideas?
I attached a link with the VAG Log -from another forum.<ul><li><a href="http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php?t=221538&amp;highlight=vag">http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php?t=221538&amp;highlight=vag</a</li></ul>

Default Why did you clean the MAF to begin with? None of the codes relates to the MAF directly and...

...the leakage code should be pretty easy to understand, as well as the fact that the following were (except the last) related. So instead, check your intake air system for leaks and tell us if you had done any modifications to the car.

No mods have been done, the car is stock. I cleaned the MAF because thats what a few threads suggested. I will check again for vaccum leaks. Are there any specific areas that I should look at?

Here is more info on the car. I used the OBD2 Readiness option on it read "Catalyst Monitoring: Failed of Incomplete". For current DTCs I have...

Adress 7E8: 3 Faults Found
P0171 - Fuel Trim; Bank 1: System Too Lean
P0171 - Fuel Trim; Bank 1: System Too Lean
P0507 - Idle Control System RPM: Higher than Expected

and the log reads...

3 Faults Found:
008825 - Leak in Air Intake System
P2279 - 002 - Lower Limit Exceeded - Intermittent
008583 - Bank 1; System too Lean at Idle
P2187 - 004 - No Signal/Communication - MIL ON
001287 - Idle Control System RPM: Higher than Expected.
P0507 - 001 - Upper Limit Exceeded - Intermittent

what tools can i use to try to find the leak, if there even is one? could it be the o2? Thanks.
