I bit he bullet and shelled out the $350 ($70 shipping!) he unit arrived in 24 hours, very impressive!

I did the initial scan, no surprises to be seen. What should be my next move? I'm troubleshooting a rear window that won't roll down (no power to the motor.) how would I start the troubleshooting process?
